We are a US-based IT staffing firm headquartered in Texas, with delivery operations in India. We specialize in placing Software, Technology, and IT professionals at US companies through direct placement, contract, and contract-to-hire engagements.

We focus exclusively on technology roles including: Full-Stack Development (Java, .NET, Python, React), Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Mainframe (CICS, MQ, COBOL, DB2), Healthcare IT, and Enterprise Architecture.

Our headquarters is in Texas, USA. Our recruiting and operations team is based in India, providing 24-hour sourcing coverage and competitive pricing.

For Candidates

We offer W2 (full employment), C2C (Corp-to-Corp via your LLC), and direct-hire placements. We do not currently work with OPT or CPT candidates.

We work with candidates who have existing US work authorization (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B transfers, EADs). Sponsorship of new H1B petitions is handled on a case-by-case basis based on client requirements.

No. Our services are completely free for candidates. We are paid by the hiring companies.

Once we receive your resume, initial screening takes 1-2 business days. If matched with a role, the full interview process typically takes 7-14 days, depending on the client.

Many of our roles are remote, hybrid, or on-site — it depends on the client's requirements. You'll have full visibility into the work arrangement before any interview.

For Employers

We offer transparent, competitive pricing. For contract placements, we work on a margin-based model. For direct placements, we charge a percentage of first-year salary. Detailed pricing is provided during our discovery call based on your specific needs.

Yes. For direct placements, we offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves within 90 days for any reason, we will source a replacement at no additional fee.

For most IT roles, we deliver a shortlist of 3-5 pre-vetted candidates within 48-72 hours of receiving the job description. Niche roles may take 5-7 days.

Every candidate goes through: (1) technical screening, (2) experience verification, (3) work authorization validation, (4) background check support, and (5) culture-fit assessment before submission.

Yes. We support both single-role engagements and high-volume hiring (10+ roles). Our India-based delivery team can scale up sourcing capacity quickly when needed.

Compliance & Legal

Yes. We participate in the federal E-Verify program for all our W2 employees. Every hire is verified for work authorization through E-Verify.

For all W2 placements, we complete Form I-9 verification at hire, retain documentation per federal requirements, and re-verify when work authorization expires. Full audit trail is maintained.

We do not place candidates on OPT (Optional Practical Training) or CPT (Curricular Practical Training) status. This policy helps our clients avoid compliance complexity around hiring practices.

Yes. We maintain General Liability Insurance (M+), Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability Insurance. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.

Yes. We are registered with multiple prime vendors and MSP/VMS platforms as a sub-vendor partner. We can quickly onboard with new clients through standard vendor management processes.

We don't submit candidates we wouldn't hire ourselves. Every candidate is technically screened and culture-checked before submission. If a candidate doesn't meet your bar, we replace them — that's our promise.
