System Engineer

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧, 𝐎𝐇 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞) 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: - Senior Systems Engineer with deep virtualization and infrastructure experience to design, implement, and support reliable environments for SMB and healthcare clients. This is a remote-first role that is hands-on and customer-facing, with a strong focus on VMware and Citrix, plus Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)), and Active Directory. Experience with modern on-prem-completed platforms and enterprise hardware is a plus. - Comfortable collaborating asynchronously and documenting work clearly. - Able to join video calls during business hours and coordinate after-hours maintenance windows as needed. - Occasional travel is required (up to ~10%) for planned cutovers, onsite troubleshooting, client meetings, and hardware-related work. Travel is typically scheduled in advance, with exceptions for high-priority incidents.
