𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐒4/𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐒𝐕𝐌 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩) 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐋𝐨𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐬, 𝐂𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞) 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚: 𝐔𝐒𝐂/𝐆𝐂/𝐇4-𝐄𝐀𝐃, 𝐖2 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞: Leadership Experience 𝐒𝐀𝐏 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 • Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) / Service Management • Knowledge of Service orders, Notifications, installed base, Contracts, Repair processing • S/4HANA Knowledge • Understanding of S/4HANA simplification items • Familiarity with SAP Readiness Check 2.0 • Experience with Maintenance Planner 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 • 6–10 years SAP experience • At least 1 SAP CS implementation • Experience in S/4HANA conversion projects (Brownfield preferred) • Exposure to integration with PM / SD / MM 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐬 • SAP Field Service Management (FSM) • Fiori configuration • SAP Activate methodology • Solution Manager / ChaRM • Knowledge of SAP Service in S/4HANA (new service management) 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 • Typical deliverables include: • Service Management Fit-Gap analysis • Simplification impact document • Configuration validation report • Integration validation • Testing sign-off • Cutover support
