Business Analyst

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 (+ 𝐐𝐀) 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐓𝐄 𝐖2 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 : 𝐆𝐂/𝐔𝐒𝐂/𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐬 Need GC or USC only with at least 6+ years of experience 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and creating functional documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Microsoft Office being a plus. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (both are mandatory) Experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA (creating and managing epics, user stories, tasks) Strong understanding of BA, QA, and Development roles/responsibilities Experience with process documentation (as-is/to-be) Experience in product roadmap creation and planning Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Hands-on experience with BA tools (Figma, Visio, etc.) Strong written and verbal communication skills
